Shri Nand Gopal Gupta is a politician, businessman from Allahabad. They are popularly known as “Nandi”. He is currently the Minister of Registration, Justice and Civil Aviation, Minority Welfare, Muslim Wakf, and Hajj representing the Bharatiya Janata Party government of Uttar Pradesh. He was born in a middle-class family to Late Suresh Chandra Gupta, who was a postman. He is married to Abhilasha Gupta Nandi, Mayor of Allahabad having three wonderful kids.

 He passed his high school from UP Board. He had struggled by selling foods, crackers, colors on the streets, polished the shoes of others to earn. Then after 10 years, he started the business of cement earned and made assets of worth crores. The sand of Pragyaraj and the contract tenders of liquor. He is the most wealthy Industrialist and a Messiah for the poor because of the donations he makes.

He is the Minister of Civil Aviation, Political Pension, Minority Welfare, Muslim Wakf and Haj in the Bharatiya Janata Party government of Uttar Pradesh currently. His main principle is to have ministers irrespective of the party he is representing.

2. Criminal Case No.457/12 was filed before the CJM in Allahabad dated 21/12/2012 under sec- 504, 506 of IPC. This case is still pending.
3. Criminal Case No.371/12 in P.S-Naini was filed before the ACJM-2 in Allahabad dated 2/4/2013 under sec- 147 and 143 of IPC. This case is still pending.
4. Criminal Case No.96/2006 in P.S- Kotwali was filed before the CJM in Allahabad dated 27/10/2006  under sec- 504 and 506 of IPC. This case is still pending.
5. Criminal Case No.224/11 in P.S-Naini was filed before the ACJM-2 in Allahabad dated 19/01/2013 under sec- 406, 409,420,467, 468, 471, 395, 397, 504, 506. This case is adjourned by the Allahabad High Court on 20/3/2013, Cr.R.No. 654/2013.
