Shri Mukut Bihari Verma is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh from Kaiserganj. He represents from Bharatiya Janata Party. He was born in a village of District: Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh in Madariya to Late Ramsukh Verma in a farmer family.
He got his primary education from the primary school in Ayodhya. Then he completed his LLB from Lucknow University, Uttar Pradesh, and started practicing as an advocate in 1971. In 1975, he was a participant in Democracy Defense Movement in Bahraich remaining underground during the emergency.
He is currently, the Minister of Cooperative Department in the Uttar Pradesh Government representing the Bharatiya Janata Party.
