Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan on Thursday filed the plea in the Special NDPS Court seeking the return of his passport which he was submitted in the court as a condition of bail.

The Court gave NCB time till July 13 to file their reply on the plea filed by Aryan Khan through his lawyers Amit Desai and Rahul Agarwal.

In 2021, in the month of October Aryan Khan was arrested in the case of on cruise drugs party, the case was high profile and had full media attention at that time.

NCB filed the chargesheet in May in which Aryan Khan was named as accused and this was argued by his lawyers that because he was not named as accused his passport should be given back. He got clean chit from NCB.

The NCB had not sufficient evidence to put his name as accused as he was not in possession of any drug and didn’t consume it.

Aryan Khan files an application seeking return of his passport on Tuesday.

When he was arrested in October 2021, he was in prison for twenty days and his bail applications were also rejected many times initially and then finally Bombay High Court granted him bail. The Cruise was raided by NCB in which he was arrested.
