Online Internship Opportunity at the Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance, Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur : Apply till 16th January, 2022.

The Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance (CCLG) is accepting applications for online internship for the month of February, 2022.

About CCLG

The Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance aims to initiate and channelize research on various aspects of corporate laws. The Centre aims to be a facilitator in initiating research, discussion and enable policy making in aspects of corporate laws such as Company Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code etc.

About the Internship

In order to promote research and to train students in research, the Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance wishes to induct four interns for a research internship under the Centre in the month of February, 2022. The mode of internship would be in online mode.

Role and responsibilities of the intern:

1. Undertake research work allotted to them by their supervisor.

2. The interns would be required to write a 1000-1200 words original piece of research every week.

3. At the end of the internship an interactive negotiation process of corporate transaction would be undertaken by the intern.

4. To undertake any other work allotted to them by the supervisor.

Intake of Interns

Only four (04) interns for the month of February 2022 will be inducted.

Eligibility

Students pursuing B.A. LL.B. (Five Years Course) from any University, recognized by BCI is eligible to apply for the internship.

Selection procedure

The students would be shortlisted for the internship based on their CVs. Last date to apply January 16, 2022.

Duration of the internship

The duration of the internship would be 4 weeks in the month of February 2022.
