The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, under the Government of India, has announced a relaxation in the payment of additional fees for companies that experience delays in filing their Form DPT-3 (Return of deposits) for the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2023.
The original due date for filing the form was set for June 30, 2023.
Considering the ongoing transition of the MCA-21 Portal from Version-2 to Version-3, the government has made the decision to allow companies to submit their Form DPT-3 for the financial year ending on March 31, 2023, without incurring any additional fees until July 31, 2023.
