Rajasthan High Court due to the extension of lockdown till the morning of May 24 in the state has issued a circular with states that all Courts across the state shall continue to operate fully via Virtual mode.
The directions issued on April 19 by the High Court in this regard shall continue to be applicable during this period of time.
Further it is stated that:
All the interim orders due to expire between May 18 to May 24 shall stand extended till next date.
The period of Limitation for all judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings as per the directions given by the Apex court shall remain extended till further orders.
