In an announcement by Aiman J. Chishti on December 20, 2023, the Winter Vacation bench of the Punjab & Haryana High Court is set to address various urgent matters from December 26 to 29 and January 01 to 03.
These include First Anticipatory Bail Applications, cases related to Life and Liberty, Protection matters of Runaway Couples, and any other urgent matters as permitted by the Senior most Vacation Judge through the Registry.
Habeas Corpus Petitions will be entertained separately from December 23 to January 01.
The roster for Winter Vacations 2023 is as follows:
