In Nadia Rape Case, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has Arrested Ramjit Mallick who is third Accused of the Case.
There two Accused were Arrested earlier by Central Bureau of Investigation in which one is the son of TMC leader.
Ramjit Mallick had fled since the time of incident took place he was Arrested from Ranghat area of Nadia District.
The Calcutta High Curt had already directed Central Bureau of Investigation to Investigate the matter fairly as many suspicions were pointed out by the Court such as there was no Autopsy report of 13-year-old minor victim.
“Fair Investigation into the matter and to in still confidence in the family members of the Victim and also the residents of the locality and the State”, stated by Court in the Order.
The incident took place when Victim went to the birthday party and there she was forced to drink alcohol and then gang raped.
‘She was bleeding after returning from that party. Early next morning, as her condition deteriorated, we went to look for a doctor. By the time we returned, she had died. She was raped by Samar Goala’s son. My daughter and that boy were in a relationship,’ Victim’s Father added.
‘Those who came to drop my daughter that evening threatened to torch our house if we opened our mouths. That is why we didn’t say anything to anyone. But now I am demanding Punishment,’ said by the girl’s mother.
