An Enforcement Directorate (ED) court has directed Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to appear before the court on January 11 related to an ongoing case involving some companies of the private sector.
Andhra CM has been directed to appear before the ED court after the case related to alleged irregularities in land allotment that was earlier heard by the local court.
The alleged irregularities happened at the time of undivided Andhra Pradesh, under YSR’s father’s reign.
As per sources, the CBI court is the ED court, and the transfer of the case from the local court to the ED/CBI court has yet to take place.
