Delhi Court declined to stay coercive action against businessman Navneet Kalra’s anticipatory bail plea, which will now be heard today.

Kalra has been charged with illegally selling oxygen concentrators in the national capital.

Additional Meetings Judge Sumit Dass was expected to hear Kalra’s anticipatory bail appeal, but the police requested a day from the court to file a reply.

The investigation into the case has been delegated to the crime branch’s inter-state cell.

Police said they had recovered 524 concentrators from two top restaurants in Khan Market, Town Hall and Khan Chacha, and Nege Ju in Lodhi Colony. Kalra is the owner of all three restaurants.
