Nupur Sharma, a former BJP spokesman, was severely reprimanded by the Supreme Court for her comments on the Prophet Mohammed during a television debate, and they demanded that she apologise to the entire nation.

The unfortunate incident that occurred in Udaipur on June 28 when a tailor, 48-year-old Kanhaiya Lal, was killed by 2 cleaver-wielding men, Riaz Akhtari & Ghouse Mohammad, who, after committing the ghastly crime, posted a grisly video of the crime online, was the result, according to a vacation Bench made up of Justice Surya Kant & Justice JB Pardiwal.

Ajay Gautham sent a letter to Chief Justice NV Ramana asking him to overturn “unfavourable remarks” that a Supreme Court panel had made on suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma.

In order to provide Nupur Sharma a opportunity for a fair trial,” Ajay Gautham has asked Chief Justice of India N V Ramana to order the vacation bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice JB Pardiwala to remove their findings.

The Petition, a copy of which was also sent to the President, aimed to draw attention to the fact that Nupur Sharma will not receive a fair trial as a result of the SC Judges’ comments.

It also claimed that the Judges’ assertion that Sharma’s comment was connected to the beheading of Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur justified the barbaric act and amounted to acquitting the killers.

The letter petition also sought the transfer of all the cases lodged against Sharma to Delhi.

Her plea was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue alternate remedies.
