The Bombay High Court commented that it is concerned about the privacy and Safety of Shilpa Shetty and her children.

The Bombay High Court asked Shilpa Shetty and her lawyers to segregate dependent media into two categories – Private Vloggers and Traditional Media Outlets.

Justice Gautam Patel was hearing Shilpa Shetty’s Plea against some media outlets for ‘Defamatory Articles and Videos’ about the actress and her family after Raj Kundra’s arrest in the porn video racket.

Advocate Abhinav Chandrachud on behalf of Shilpa submitted, “They were in discussion with most media portals who are Defendants in the suit. They have agreed to remove the objectionable content.”

In July, the Court refused to pass a blanket gag on the media. It had clearly said that none of the publication should be involved with the publication of Shetty as a parent to minor children.

As her final reliefs the actress demanded that the concerned organization should jointly and severally be ordered and decreed to pay Rs.25 Crore by way of damages together with the interest thereon @18% p.a from the date of filling of the suit.
