On Friday, a Los Angeles-based Judge Terminated the 13-year old Guardianship which involved Britney Spears and her father in it.
“Effective today… the conservatorship of the person and Estate of Britney Jean Spears is hereby Terminated. And that is the Order of the Court,” stated the Judge.
The Court terminated the Conservatorship which was set up in 2008 through which the father of Pop Star had all the control over her life.
The Conservatorship was set up with immediate effect, through that her father had all the control which included personal as well as professional life, and Financial Assets.
The Conservatorship proved to be a hurdle for her to control her Multi-Million-Dollar Estate and also to take decisions on personal matters such as her visits with her Teenage sons and whether she can get Remarried.
On Friday, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny considered her request to end this Guardianship and ruled in her favor.
“I’m going to cry the rest of the day!!!! Best day ever … praise the Lord,” addressed the Pop Star to her fans.
Judge Penny in his ruling also Ordered to continue with the accountant who served as a Temporary conservator to settle ongoing Financial Issues.
Also, the Judge in his ruling mentioned that there was no such Objection by any of the Parties involved.
However, in earlier instances her father Jamie stated that this Guardianship was necessary for her.
It should be noted here that the Guardianship came in effect from February 1, 2008, and as per the Conservatorship Jamie Spears was the sole Conservator for the Estates of Britney Spears.
