CAREER TIMELINE: He has a broad experience in range of issues from commercial value international and domestic commercial disputes. He also advises various clients from diverse sectors such as oil and gas, real estate, private equity he has represented clients in arbitrations before ICC, LCIA, ICADR, SIAC as well as Supreme Court and High Court.
He has advised on drafting of amendments to a number of key acts including the Indian arbitration conciliation act 1996 and commercial courts, commercial division and commercial division of high courts bill, 2015.
He has also advised the national association of software and service companies for drafting amendments to Information Technology Act 2000.
