BACKGROUND –

Jayesh Vitthalbhai Radadiya is an Indian politician and currently he is a Cabinet Minister Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Affairs, Cottage Industries, Printing & Stationary in Gujarat. He was born on 20 December 1981 in his hometown i.e. Jam Kandorna village of Rajkot district in Gujarat.

His father Shri Vitthalbhai was also an Indian politician and a member of Gujarat Legislative Assembly For five times ( 1990-2009 ). Initially he was the member of INC and then he joined BJP.

Jayesh obtained his Bachelor of Engineering from M.S. University and during the time of his bachelor’s he had started his political career and elected as General Secretary of student council of the same University. As an MLA he had represented INC in 2009 from the constituency of Dhoraji.

After that on Congress ticket Jayesh won the assembly election from Jetpur in 2012 but in 2013 he resigned with his father from Congress and joined BJP and re-elected as MLA from the same place.

At present Jayesh is representing Jetpur constituency as a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly.
