A huge outrage erupted on Social Media against the Temple Kissing Scene in Netflix’s new series “A Suitable Boy” Directed by Mira Nair. On Twitter #BoycottNetflix was trending on top.
Multiple F.I.R has been lodged agenized Netflix India across India for the Temple Scene of “A Suitable Boy” where Ishan Khattar is Kissing his Girlfriend in Temple premises.
A Suitable Boy is adaptation of Vikram Seth’s novel.
After huge outrage Madhya Pradesh Home Minister ordered probe for the Scene and initiated legal against the Directors and Producers of series A Suitable Boy as it is alleged that the Scene was shot in Temple at Rewa.
It is reported that the administration of Temple is Unawre about the Kissing Scene in the premises.
A Suitable Boy is being streamed on Netflix and released on 23rd of October.
MP Home Minister said the Police have been asked to scan Mira Nair’s web series to check if kissing scenes in it were shot in a temple.
