Mumbai socked again in this horrific incident, veteran Bollywood Actress Veena Kapoor, was brutally killed by her son Sachin Kapoor over a property dispute. According to media reports, Sachin repeatedly smashed his mother’s head with a baseball bat and threw her dead body in a river. The Juhu police have arrested the son, and servant Chhotu alias Lalukumar Mandal, for killing the actress after interrogation.
Mumbai Police said in the media briefing, Sachin killed his mother over a property dispute. The security supervisor of the Kalpataru Society, Veena’s residence, informed the police that the senior actress had gone missing. Following a complaint, Juhu Police initiated an investigation. During the probe, police located Veena’s phone near her apartment while that of her son in Panvel.
It is reported that the police has summoned Sachin (43) and Chhotu (25) to the police station. Following a strict interrogation, Sachin confessed to the crime and said he killed his mother in a fit of rage by hitting her repeatedly on her head with a baseball bat. He confessed he was having a property dispute with his mother, which pushed him to commit the heinous crime, after which he dumped Veena’s body in a river in the Raigad district.

Nilu Kohli on her Instagram post mentioned, Veena Kapoor was murdered by her son after he hit her on the head with a baseball bat repeatedly in a fit of rage. Kapoor later died from her injuries inside her Juhu home, and her son disposed of her body.
Veena’s body was dumped by her son in the Matheran river, near the Raigad district in Maharashtra, which is 90 km away from Mumbai. Her US-based son had an inkling of the incident and immediately alerted the authorities in Mumbai, after which her alleged murderer’s son was arrested and interrogated.
The son confessed to the Mumbai police during interrogation that he wanted to grab a 12 crore plot from his mother, due to which an argument was triggered between them and he ended up killing her in a fit of rage. More details regarding the twisted killing of the elderly actress are being uncovered.
