Mumbai sessions court rejected the bail application of Yogesh Mahipal Singh producer.
Yogesh Mahipal Singh was arrested by Versova police for allegedly stabbing a television actor with a knife multiple times.
The bail application filed by Yogesh Mahipal Singh, 32-year-old producer, framed in the charges Section 307 (try to homicide) and 354D (stalking) of the Indian Penal Code was rejected by the Dindoshi classes courtroom.
Accused producer stated in his statement given to Police that he was in relationship and asked to marry for which she refused.
The woman stated that the producer asked to marry him but when she denied, he started to stalking her.
By the investigation some more information came in front that on the day the producer attacked the woman, he also tried to destroy the woman’s face. She still has injuries while defencing.
