Senior Advocate Arvind Datar to work as Door Tenant with Fountain Court Chambers

The prominent Senior Advocate Arvind Datar recently joined the Fountain Court Chambers in the United Kingdom where he would be working as a Door Tenant.

Mr. Datar is the third Indian Lawyer after Senior Advocates Gaurav Pachnanda and Zal Andhyarujina, to join the Fountain Court Chambers.

Senior Advocate Arvind Datar is a specialized Lawyer in matters related to Arbitration, Constitutional Law and Taxation Laws. Mr. Datar, before joining the Fountain Chambers, had been practicing as a Senior Lawyer at the Madras High Court.

Senior Advocate Arvind Datar has worked on several Landmark cases vis-a-vis the Vodafone-Income Tax case, National Tax Tribunal case, the SEBI-Sahara case, to name a few.
