Madhya Pradesh High Court set in motion the ‘NISARG’ Smart Monitoring App to tail the amenability of the Orders with regard to the Social Responsibility such as tree plantation, volunteering responsibilities in water conservation programs, hospitals, etc.

Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court Ravi Malimath and Justice Rohit Arya (Administrative Judge) e-inaugurated the NISARG App in presence of the other Judges of the three Benches.

The App was developed by the Madhya Pradesh High Court’s IT Team under the guidance of Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Anand Pathak.

NISARG App was developed with view of using the geofencing technique to make sure that when any Petitioner uploads a photo of a tree planted it coordinates can also be noted so the same can be utilized to monitor any further trees development.

Mr. R.K. Vani (Registrar General), Mr. Vimal Prakash Shukla (Principal Registrar) and Mr. Hitendra Dwivedi (Registrar) made their appearance in the e-inauguration. The Bar Association members also attended the inauguration ceremony virtually.

This app has been developed taking into consideration the public duties of planting trees as prescribed by High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
