The Division Bench of Justice K Vinod Chandaran and C Jayachandaran of Kerala High Court had Examined the Witness in Kashmir Terror Recruitment Case of 2008.

This Appeal was filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) against the Verdict passed by Trial Court.

The Case gathered the headlines because the Witness is Examined under the Proceeding of Trial Court only according to the Law. The High Court only hears the Argument regarding the Witness who is already produced.

The Advocate representing Convicts had argued in the Court that call records filed by National Investigation Agency for implicating them are not attested by BSNL Official.

S. Manu Assistant Solicitor General representing National Investigation Agency requested the Court to allow the Examination of Witness again and this time it was duly Attested.

13 people including the T Nazeer who is operative of Lashkar-e-Taiba convicted by Trial Court who was present through video conferencing and some in person because they are out on a Bail.

The Evidence found by National Investigation Agency that four terrorist who were killed in encounter in Jammu and Kashmir were from Kerala and made calls to the Convicts a day before encounter.
