A Delhi Court granted 5-day Custody Parole to Accused Wrestler Gaurav Loura in the infamous Chhatrasal Stadium Murder Case, citing the reason of his 12th class board examinations.

Additional Sessions Judge Shivaji Anand granted him the said custody parole so that he can appear for his Class 12 exams at a school in the Jhajjar district of the state of Haryana and also ordered him to pay for the expenses of the police who will be  escorting him to a different state.

The Court directed the accused Gaurav Loura to deposit Rs. 20,000; when the prosecution argued that taking him to a different state for his examinations will cause ‘an unnecessary burden of expenses on the state.
