CBI files Victim’s Autopsy Reports in Surendra Koli’s Appeal against Conviction before Allahabad HC

The Appeal filed by Surinder Koli against his Conviction and Death Sentence in the 2006 Nithari Serial Killing Case, the Central Bureau of Investigation filed Copies on Monday of the Post-Mortem Reports of the Victims before Allahabad High Court.

He was Charged and found Guilty of Raping and Murdering several Children within a Span of One Year. The matter was Heard before the Bench of Justice Manoj Misra and Justice Sameer Jain.

On March 21, 2022, the Court has directed Advocate Sanjay Kumar Yadav Appearing on Behalf of the Central Bureau of Investigation to seek instruction to Produce the Original of the Autopsy Reports.

Application was moved by Koli Under Section 91 Read with Section 294 of the Criminal Procedure Code on November 18, 2021 for Production of Post Mortem Report of One of the Victim Children in Case. In December 2006 Several Skeletons were found in a drain near a house in Nithari, Noida.

The Central Bureau of Investigation had been Registered 16 Cases on the matter and he was found Guilty for Murder, Abduction, Rape and Destruction of Evidence and was Awarded Death Penalty in over 10 Cases among all. The Appeals against Conviction in all Cases are currently Pending in Higher Courts.
