UK’s Prince Andrew served with legal papers in Sexual Abuse case

SEXUAL HARRASSMENT CASE FILED AGAINST PRINCE ANDREW

Britain’s Prince Andrew has been served with legal papers in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual abuse.

Virginia Giuffure, the complainant accused the Prince as well as financier Jeffrey Epstein of sexually abusing her around two decades ago, when she was under 18.

The Counsel of Virginia, Cesar Sepulveda said that he had left a copy of Virginia Giuffre’s lawsuit on August 27 with a Police Officer guarding the Royal Lodge in Windsor, England, a property owned by Andrew.

Furthermore, he added that now the Prince have no other option rather than appearing within 21 days from the Summon.

“If you fail to respond, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint,” stated the lawsuit.

On the other hand, Prince Andrew had denied all the allegations against him.

For now, the spokesperson of Andrew has denied to comment anything.

Andrew, aged 61 is also linked with the case of sexually exploiting dozens of girls and women.

Epstein, second accused was charged of the same case and he killed himself at the age of 66 in Manhattan jail on 10 August, 2019.

Virginia has sued Andrew under the Childs Victim Act as she was 17 when she was harassed and abused.

A virtual conference of Court is scheduled on Monday regarding the next stages of the case.
