Pleas Against Oxygen Supply to be Withdrawn by Hospitals: Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court permitted various hospitals to withdraw their pleas against the distribution of oxygen supply, as the supply now has been stabilized.

The hospitals informed the Court that the hospitals are getting adequate amount of oxygen and would like to give representation of the Delhi government if in case they face any problems.

The court further said that in case any representation is made by any of the hospital, it should be considered by the authorities responsible and a reply must be given within one week of such representation.

The lists of hospitals who have already withdrawn their petitions include Maharaja Agrasen Hospital Trust, Jaipur Golden Hospital and Batra Hospital.

The Oxygen supply issue is now pending before the Supreme Court.
