Several cases will be decided upon with the help of the new technology and precision.

The Court will be able to check the records for e-FIR (First Information Report), re-charge sheet, and records of prosecution consistently through the ICJS project.

Subsequently, the land records have been incorporated with the court

The virtual court scheme will be put to action in different districts by March 3, 2021. It additionally manages the ‘on-spot traffic challans’ created by the traffic police.

According to the said scheme, computerized challans issued for the given day will reflect in the dashboard of the virtual court judge, who will then serve summon orders to the violator using his cell phone number, under the Motor Vehicles Act.
