Kerala Government is going to distribute title deeds at a district-level Pattaya Mela which is going to be held on September 14.

The Revenue Department cleared 1,739 eligible applications for title deeds under the State government’s special campaign.

This event is going to be 2nd district level title deed distribution fair this year.

Earlier, on February 15, 1300 titles were distributed.

Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan is going to inaugurate the event through video conferencing.

There will be separate events in Kozhikode, Koyilandy and Vadakara taluks and all the COVID protocols is going to be followed.

The target of Government to distribute 2 lakh title deeds could be a reality by the end of 2021 stated the Revenue Officials.

Around 1.77 lakhs title deeds were distributed during the last term of the Left Democratic Front (LDF) Government.

The department had distributed around 10,000 titles alone in Kozhikode district.

The only aim of this program was to clear all the application claiming for titles and to help the rural families who are a beneficiary of this special purpose project.
