LANDMARK CASE IN RIGHT OF PRIVACY:

JUSTICE K.S. PUTTASWAMY V. UNION OF INDIA WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO 494 OF 2012:

The landmark case of Right to Privacy which was brought by 91-year old resigned Karnataka High Court Judge Puttaswamy not in favor of the Union of India under the watchful eye of a nine-judge seat of the Supreme to decide if the Right to Privacy was ensured as a basic right under the Indian Constitution.
