BACKGROUND –Dr Virendra Kumar Khatik is an Indian politician currently he is the minister of Social justice and Empowernment . He was also a member of parliament in 17th lok sabha from Tikamgarh. He is member of parliament since 1996 and was also a member of loksabha in the 11th , 12th , 13th , 14th, 15th, and 16th.
He did his PHD from Hari Singh Gaur university in 2007. He held different posts in Rashtriya swayamsevak Singh (RSS), Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and the political party Bhartiya Janta party (BJP).
