Smt. Sangeeta Kumari Singh Deo is an incumbent Member of the Parliament. She represents the Bolangir constituency of Odisha and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).Previously, she has served as a member of the 12th,13th and 14th Lok Sabha.Currently, she is serving as a member of the Member, House Committee, Member, Committee on Estimates, Standing Committee on Railways  , Committee on Empowerment of Women and Consultative Committee, Ministry of Power and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.

Born in New Delhi to Smt. Prabha Singh and Late Shri Amar Singh, she has pursued B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Jesus and Mary College,Delhi University.She is the  Leader of the Mahila Suraksha Yatra in Kalahandi, Nabarangpur and Balangir Parliamentary constituencies to protest against atrocities being committed on women and minors in 2018. She has also addressed the General Assembly of the UN in 2008. As a representative of the Indian Parliament spoke on human rights and functioning of the International Court of Justice.
