BACKGROUND – S.P. Hinduja is a business magnate and investor living in Britain. He is the chairman of Hinduja Group company and ranks as one of the wealthiest people in UK and Asia.

CONTROVERSIES/CASES-
S.P. Hinduja and his daughter, Vinoo Hinduja had filed a plea regarding the legal validity of a family agreement that was chalked out in 2 July 2014. The agreement in the heart was about the brothers staying undivided. The mediation of this plea is still in process and as Srichand is fighting dementia, his daughter has taken the stand.
