Tagore was Elected to 15th Lok Sabha , became member of standing committee on finance , became member of National Board on Micro and Medium Enterprises , also became a member of Consultative Committee on Civil Aviation , in 2009.
Manickam became a Member of AICC Screen Committee for Chattisgarh Assembly Election in 2013 , Member of Screening Committee for Harayana Assembly Election in 2014 and Member of AICC Screening Committee for Delhi Municipal Elections.
He also became Member of AICC Screen Committee for Lok Sabha Elections in West Bengal, Bihar and Assam in 2014 .
He is currently secretary of AICC, Karnataka.
Manicka was born on 1 June 1975 in Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu. He went to Banglore University.
