The Allahabad High Court will listen to the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Ravi Gandhi on December 11.
The bench of Chief Justice Govind Mathur and Justice Rajul Bhargava will hear the suit demanding action over industries, resulting in air and water pollution in Agra city.
The issue was raised on November 17 when the Court called for collecting details about polluting industries.
The petition was implicit about the industries which caused water and air pollution in the city.
Therefore, the court requested the petitioner Ravi Gandhi to collect details on the matter.
