The Apex Court Collegium has approved a proposal for appointment of three additional Judges as permanent Judges in the Guwahati High Court.
The Bench was adjudicated by Chief Justice NV Ramana, Justices UU Lalit and Justice AM Khanwilkar, the proposal was approved by the Collegium at a meeting which was held on September 9. The meeting updates were uploaded on the Apex Court’s website on September 13.
Following are the names which have been approved for the appointment of permanent judges in the Gauhati High Court are Justices Soumitra Saika, Justice Parthivjyoti Saikia and Justice S Hukato Swu.
