Delhi’s former minister, Satyendar Jain, who was recently admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan (LNJP) Hospital in Delhi due to respiratory difficulties, has been granted interim bail by the Supreme Court on medical grounds.
This decision was made just a day after his admission to the hospital.
Since his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in May of last year in relation to a money laundering case, the AAP leader has been held in Tihar jail.
