Ranveer Singh’s film 83 to face legal trouble, UAE company accuses producers of cheating

Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film 83 caught in legal trouble. The UAE financier company has approached the Andheri Metropolitan Court alleging fraud against the makers of the film.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) based financier company Future Resources FZE has filed a cheating complaint against the makers of film ’83’ in the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate’s court in Mumai. Future Resources FZE Financier company has accused makers of allegedly hatching a conspiracy and defrauding in the process of film making. Action has been demanded against the makers of the film under sections 406, 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of Vibri Media and its director is included in the complaint. Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui said that the accused has produced the film 83 and the complainant said that he cheated on the rights of the film.Future Resources FZE accused the directors of Vibri Media of illegally making fake promises and persuading FZE to spend Rs 159 crore with Vibri.

According to the complaint, representatives of the complainant Future Resources FZE met Vibree Media as they were looking for major investments. The complaint accused the directors of Vibri Media of illegally making fake promises and persuading FZE to spend Rs 159 crore with Vibri. However, there will be a hearing in this matter.
