In the Civil Court of Varanasi, fresh suit was filed by Kiran Singh who is a devotee as a next friend of Lord Aadi Vishweshar Virajmaan.
The prayer made in the suit is to remove the Gyanvapi mosque as it was built over temple.
The Plaintiff also claimed for exclusive ownership of the suit property as further prayed.
The Suit also seeks permanent injunction from any interference made while performing Puja, Darshan Raj Bhog and Aarti at the site by Plaintiffs.
Advocates who will represent plaintiffs are Maan Bahadur Singh, Shivam Gaur, Himanshu Tiwary, S.N. Chaturvedi and Aushka Tiwary.
