The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has charged Lalu Yadav in a fresh case of irregularities in the Recruitment in Railways when he was Railway Minister between 2004 to 2009.
Lalu Yadav got bail a month ago in Fodder Scam Case.
Many of his family members including his wife who is Former CM of Bihar, his daughter is also accused in this case.
The CBI alleged that in wake of giving railway jobs they had received lands and properties.
In the Case of Doronda Treasury Scam, High Court of Jharkhand has sentenced him Imprisonment of five years including fine of Rs 60 lakhs.
The 15 location belongs Lalu Yadav and his family was raided and search was conducted by CBI.
Dr. Mukesh Roshan who is a Legislator of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) made a statement that Tejaswi Yadav is far and Lalu Yadav is also in Delhi.
“Those in power are targeting Lalu Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav because they are aware of their popularity,” alleged by Dr. Roshan.
The Senior Leaders of RJD i.e., Yadav’s party reacted that it was a plan to destroy opposition so that they will stop criticising the Government.
Shivanand Tiwary of RJD warned CM Nitish Kumar as the CBI is digging out old Cases of RJD Leader.
“The Bharatiya Janata Party is getting uneasy about Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav coming together on the demand for a case Census. The timing of these raids’ points to this. Otherwise, why has the CBI suddenly taken up this case at a time when Nitish Kumar is set to call an all-party meeting on the demand for Caste Census,” Tiwary said.
