The Mumbai High Court Bench on Monday refused to grant pre-arrest Bail to Businessman Raj Kundra in connection to a First Information Report (FIR) of 2020.
The FIR was registered for offences under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) pertaining to obscenity, the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prevention) Act.
The Order came days after the Bombay High Court dismissed the plea filed by businessman Raj Kundra assailing his remand to custody and subsequent orders of the Metropolitan Magistrate in another FIR in the Porn Film Racket Case.
A few other arrests were also made which included actress Gehana Vashist, an employee in the tech company of Kundra and was granted bail in April, 2021.
