Madras HC asks ‘Progress of Investigation’ in Helicopters Brother Cheating Case

The Madurai Bench of Madras High Court had asked police for the report on the progress of investigation in the Helicopter brother cheating case.

The Bench had also asked the police to clear the role played by all the accused in the cheating case.

The Court also asked about the health condition of the brothers, when they were informed that the two were admitted to the hospital.

Justice B Pugalenthi also gave direction on the Bail Plea filed by the other two accused, Akhila and Venkatesan.

MR Ganesh and MR Swaminathan, popularly known as Helicopter brothers, were running a firm named Victory.

The two were arrested a month ago along with Akhila and Venkatesan.

All four were accused in a cheating case.

It is said that through Victory they collected several crores by promising to give amazing and attractive returns which they failed to do.

The next hearing of the case is scheduled for 8 September.
