The petitioner through his advocate, MT Suresh Kumar also stated that scientific analysis has proved that the body fluids and chitinous scales of tiger moths were found to be significantly toxic and inflammatory.

The advocate went on to say that albeit the petitioner had preferred representation wanting presentation and assistance to collect discarded blood samples of patients, no proper answer was ever given.

The petition zeroed in on the gravity of the matter and that he was compelled to submit the final clinically validated prototype for identifying tiger moth toxins in three months to the funding agency.

The Court denied the government pleader’s request for 1 month to answer and asked to respond in a few days keeping the gravity of the situation in mind.
