Justice AA Nakkiran’s Tenure As Additional Judge of Madras HC Has Been Extended by 1 Yr

The Central Government has notified ‘the extension of tenure of Justice AA Nakkiran as Additional Judge of the Madras High Court for one more year on the website of Department of Law and Justice on Tuesday.

“In exercise of the power conferred by Clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice A.A. Nakkiran, Additional Judge of the Madras High Court to be an Additional Judge of the Madras High Court for a period of one year with effect from December 3, 2022,” the notification said.

Justice Nakkiran was appointed Additional Judge of the High Court on December 3, 2020.
