Hyderabad City Court granted a conditional Bail to Shilpa Chowdary who is Accused of scamming people for multi-crores while making deals of real estate.
The multi-crore scamster was granted the conditional Bail by the Court under the condition that she will not try to leave the Country and would visit the Office of the Investigating Officer on every Saturday.
The Accused Shilpa Chowdary and her husband T Krishna Venkat Prasad were Arrested by Narsingi Police after three complaints were registered against her which stated that she taken money for deals based on real estate but never materialized it.
The husband of the Accused- T Krishna Venkat Prasad was granted Bail by the local Court but Shilpa was not granted Bail and was taken into Judicial Custody at Chanchalguda Prison. She was taken into custody three times by the Police in regards with the Investigation and Allegations made against her.
The Narsingi Police stated that, on December 23, 2021, “Shilpa has to appear before the Investigating Officer every Saturday between 10 am and 4 pm. She has to cooperate with the Police and not contact anyone related to the cases. She may be released on Bail tomorrow after completion of the formalities.”
Earlier Shilpa Chowdary was granted Bail in one of the three cases filed against her on December 16, 2021, but on December 23,
2021 she was granted Bail by the City Court in relation with the other two Complaints.
