The Commission constituted by the Supreme Court asked Former Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C Sajjanar, how he could hold a press conference and reveal Graphic Details of the crime that occurred on November 2019.

As per the conference, the Former Police Commissioner informed the media that the four Accused men deflated the tyres of the Victim and gagged her mouth while molesting her, it was recorded in a statement submitted to the Court by the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).

Upon being asked how the Police received that they received specific details about the crime, the Official said that they gathered the evidence.

The Documentation of the four Accused was done in a serial order of the accused in the case- Mohammad Arif, Jollu Shiva, Jollu Naveen and Ch. Chennakesavulu.

Later, the Panel asked Sajjanar about his role in the Case and how he sanctioned six long weapon to the police escorting the four men. To which Sajjanar said that his role was confined to holding the morning briefing where the in-charge of the case, DCP Shamshabad N. Prakash Reddy, would update him.
