A Writ Petition filed by 15 students in an endeavor to postpone the NEET-UG 2022 Exam that is to be held on 17th July 2022 was dismissed by the Delhi High Court on Thursday in the case of Vishwanath Kumar & Ors. v. National Testing Agency & Ors.
Justice Sanjeev Narula while listening to the petitioners remarked the following, “This is totally a misconceived petition. It’s just because these are students, that the court will not be harsh. Had it been anyone else, this would have been dismissed with costs.”
The petitioners had been approaching various authorities with representations before approaching the court of law. The 15 students who were involved in filing the petition were discouraged by the court.
