A Special NDPS Court on October 26th granted Bail to the 2 accused Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu.

They were arrested on October 2 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after a raid on the cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. 

With many Accused arrested, Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu were the first to get the Bail.

Manish was invited as a guest on the cruise ship and was arrested with a small quantity of hydroponic weed multi-strain cannabis. While Avin was arrested on the consumption charges.

They were in Narcotics Control Bureau custody since their arrest on October 5.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan‘s son Aryan Khan too has been arrested in the same case but was rejected various Bail Petitions. He has now moved to Bombay High Court.

The NCB earlier had seized 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 pills of ecstasy and Rs. 1.33 Lakh from the cruise.

The NCB arrested 20 people so far. The Bureau has also told the NDPS Court that this drug bust has links to international rackets.
