The Court apprised that it examined the chats forwarded in the WhatsApp group and it is evident that the language used was highly communal and it promoted disharmony, enmity and feeling of hatred towards the members of a particular community.

The accused is booked for the case related to the murder of Amin, whose body was found near Bhaghirath Vihar Nala by the Police, with several marks and injuries.

The Lawyers of the accused, Advocate Pradeep Teotia and Jitender Bakshi conveyed that their client was framed under arbitrary and autocratic investigation by the agencies in order to put the state’s failure behind veil.

Special Public Prosecutor, Rajeev Krishan Sharma apprised the court that the accused was spotted at the crime scene and he was the member of the group as well.
