Allahabad HC heard the Suo Motu PIL with respect to Covid situation in the state of UP.
Shri Amrinder Singh, President, HC Bar Association, Allahabad, submitted that as of now only the Advocates are allowed to get COVID Vaccine at the centre designated by the HC, and not the family members of Advocates.
The bench of Justice Siddharth Varma and Justice Ajith Kumar questioned the counsel Mr Ashish Mishra and Mr Manish Goyal AAG for this vaccination.
The court directed to inform the next date that family members of the Advocates are not allowed to get vaccines at the centre designated for the lawyers.
Vaccination of one member will not suffice the cause, said the Bench.
