The Delhi Court provides P Chidambaram with one day’s relief for making physical appearance before the Court, 20 December.

The Court permitted the exemption application after observing the Anticipatory Bail sanctioned in the same.

Special Judge Ordered Karti to file an application requesting regular Bail as well as Anticipatory Bail after appearing before the Court.

The Court even directed the Investigating Agencies to circulate copies of Charge-sheet and Documents to the Accused and their respective Lawyers.

The Charge-sheet has several firms and individuals as Accused.

The Accused made their appearance before the Court upon the Summons issued against them following to which the Court made the note of the Charge-sheets submitted by the Investigating Agencies in same.

The Court earlier, ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement Directorate to put forth the status report in the Aircel-Maxis Case.
