2019 Unnao Rape Survivor Accident Case: Delhi Court discharges Former MLA Kuldeep Singh

A Delhi Court discharged Kuldeep Singh Sengar in association with the case pertaining Unnao Rape Survivor Car Accident.

The Delhi Court noted that there is no evidence to highlight a Conspiracy to Murder.

Further the Court framed charges against the truck driver Ashish Kumar Pal, Vinod Mishra, Haripal Singh, and Naveen Singh who are fellow workers of Sengar.

It was highlighted that Kuldeep Singh was sentenced to ten years in Prison and charged a penalty worth Rs 10 lakh pertaining the Death of the Unnao Rape Victim’s father in Police Custody.

Previously in 2019 the Accident had taken place when the Unnao Rape Survivor was on her way to Rae Bareli.

A Truck crashed into a car the Unnao rape Victim was travelling in with other family members and her Advocate.

The Accident involved the Death of three people including the Advocate.
